Brandi AI adds Content Compass 2.0 revision workflows and Brand Voice review controls
Brandi AI’s updated Optimization Hub organizes recommendations, revisions and publication preparation while people accept or reject changes. Hub and Brand Voice access depends on new Content Editor workspace enablement.
Content Compass organizes recommendations, revisions and publication preparation
Brandi AI has announced Content Compass 2.0 and a redesigned Optimization Hub for communications teams that want to turn content recommendations into reviewed revisions. Its October 27 release describes a workflow spanning saved opportunities, work in progress, acceptance or rejection of suggested changes, and preparation for publication.
The company explicitly says the platform does not generate articles, press releases or other editorial content. Instead, it recommends targeted changes and helps people organize the work around them. That separates the release from an autonomous writing service: a communications professional remains responsible for developing the content and deciding what belongs in the final version.
Within the described hub, a team can save a recommendation for later, incorporate selected changes into an existing draft and return to recently updated projects. Publication preparation also includes supporting schema markup and metadata. Those preparation tools are not evidence that Brandi automatically publishes an article or replaces the organization’s approval process.
Brand Voice adds a review reference for tone, audience and language
The new Brand Voice integration uses an organization’s preferred voice, tone, target audience and language guidelines within the optimization workflow. Brandi says it evaluates how closely revised content follows those guidelines, so a reviewer can identify inconsistencies and consider the suggested changes before publication, according to the announcement.
The useful editorial decision is whether a specific proposed revision fits both the intended message and the organization’s stated style. A suggested wording change can be rejected even if the platform recommends it. The source keeps that accept‑or‑reject choice with the communications team; it does not establish that a guideline check independently verifies every factual claim or guarantees the final content is appropriate.
For existing workflows, this makes the platform a place to manage recommendations and revision status alongside the brand’s reference criteria. The announcement does not turn an automated recommendation into an editorial obligation or demonstrate that a particular change will produce a measurable audience outcome.
Workspace enablement and analytics updates follow different availability statements
Brandi says the redesigned Optimization Hub and Brand Voice experience are available for enablement in customer workspaces using its new Content Editor. That condition matters: the announcement is not a statement that every older workspace already has the new experience enabled.
The same release describes country, local‑region and language filters for analytics, plus Collections changes that show creation and modification dates and identify the team members responsible for updates. Collections let teams group pages such as press releases, coverage or contributed articles for monitoring. These are described product functions, rather than evidence that the underlying pages gained traffic or conversions.
Brandi says the analytics filtering and Collections enhancements are being introduced through ongoing platform updates. It does not provide a date by which every account will have them, or a complete pricing and entitlement matrix. A team considering the new revision workflow therefore needs to establish its Content Editor enablement separately from the availability of those analytics and Collections updates.
