CrowdStrike puts Guardian kill switch at gateway; endpoint follows

The November 3 update separates gateway control, operating‑system inspection support and planned Fiddler observability.

Gateway first

Guardian has been generally available since September. CrowdStrike says its included AI Gateway is now generally available, routing prompts and responses through centralized policy inspection. The new kill switch starts there; endpoint support is coming soon. Buyers should distinguish that gateway release from terminating a locally running process. Separate inspection and acquisition stages

Endpoint network inspection is generally available on Windows; Mac is early access. It connects network communication with endpoint activity, according to CrowdStrike. Fiddler observability depends on a planned acquisition and integration. These stages identify which capability to request in a demonstration; the announcement supplies no independent efficacy test.
