Flova adds subscriber Quick Chat alongside direct media-editing controls

The October 26 update separates a chat window from automatic project changes and adds preview edits, bounded doodle references and quote‑based subtitle removal outside the free window.

Quick Chat stays separate from automatic project actions

Flova’s [October 26 changelog](https://www.flova.ai/en/docs/changelog/) adds a subscriber‑only Quick Chat window inside a project. It supports model selection, attachments, voice input, web search and conversation history. Its most consequential boundary is explicit: the window does not automatically read or modify the project’s content. For a creator, that separates asking a question from initiating a change to the work in progress. The new window can be used alongside a project without treating every conversation as an instruction to alter its assets. Attachments remain an available way to supply material to a conversation; the stated boundary is about automatic project access and modification, not a promise that a chat can never receive project‑related information.

Existing media can be processed directly in the preview

The [same update](https://www.flova.ai/en/docs/changelog/) also adds direct processing controls for media already in the workspace. Images and video frames can be cropped; video or audio can be trimmed. Image controls include rotation, flipping, background removal and splitting an image into a grid. Both images and videos support color adjustments and lookup tables, or LUTs. These controls give the creator a route to make a defined adjustment in the preview rather than expressing every edit as a broad generation request. The changelog describes the available operations, but does not establish which operations consume credits or provide a general free‑use allowance. It also supplies no independent comparison of editing quality or model performance.

Doodle edits have explicit reference and duration limits

For more directed changes, Flova [describes local annotations](https://www.flova.ai/en/docs/changelog/) combined with text and reference media. Users can reopen those annotations after generation and continue editing. Video doodle editing accepts clips from four to 30 seconds; annotated frames and additional reference images share a combined limit of 30. The useful distinction is between marking the part of an image or clip that needs attention and giving an unconstrained text instruction. Those controls describe how a request can be specified. They do not establish that a generated edit will preserve every unmarked detail or produce a particular result.

Subtitle removal has a separate payment boundary

The [October 26 entry](https://www.flova.ai/en/docs/changelog/) expands subtitle removal for subscribers, with eligibility and payment rules that matter before starting a job. Generated videos are free to process within 24 hours of generation. Uploaded videos and generated videos outside that window require payment based on a quote, with Standard or Professional mode available. A video’s longest side must be no more than 2,560 pixels. The October 26 update combines a separate conversation surface with targeted media controls and the stated processing limits. Flova lists the broader 1.5 workspace launch separately under October 12. *Source‑based figure by OpenTools Team, based on [Flova’s October 26 changelog](https://www.flova.ai/en/docs/changelog/). Quick Chat is a separate subscriber window and does not automatically read or modify project content; direct preview tools provide separate media operations. This is an original diagram, not Flova’s interface or an editing‑quality test.*
