Hypertask adds agent ticket sharing with separate permission checks
Agents can make tickets public and read back the current link; board access still matters.
Share, then verify
Hypertask’s [October 31 update](https://docs.hypertask.ai/changelog/2026‑10‑31‑agents‑share‑a‑ticket‑htpr‑8216/) lets agents make tickets public on boards that allow sharing and retrieve the current public state and link. Its [AI project boards](https://hypertask.ai) connect Claude, ChatGPT and Codex through MCP or CLI.
Visibility is a separate state
Board access, the agent’s write role and the ticket switch still apply. [Permission to act](https://opentools.ai/resources/enterprise‑system‑design) does not itself make a ticket public. Read back its state before handing over the link; repeated requests return the same link. Deleted tickets, archived boards and inaccessible tickets receive a refusal. That readback is a current observation, not a guarantee of permanent availability.
Conceptual distinction: authority to act does not establish public visibility. Graphic: OpenTools Team.
