Presentations.AI separates white-label quotes from its per-slide API rate

Agencies planning recurring decks need two cost checks: branding eligibility and refreshes that charge unchanged slides.

Check branding scope before the headline rate

Its [November 1 release](https://www.globenewswire.com/news‑release/2026/11/01/3392775/0/en/presentations‑ai‑launches‑white‑label‑ai‑presentation‑generator‑and‑editable‑powerpoint‑api‑for‑saas‑companies‑agencies‑and‑ai‑agents‑at‑0‑10‑per‑slide‑with‑a‑50‑launch‑discount.html) advertises standard API generation at $0.10 per slide before discounts. White‑label output removes Presentations.AI branding, but requires Growth or higher commercial arrangements, priced on request for integration and commercial scope. The generation rate therefore is not an all‑in white‑label quote.

Refresh counts unchanged slides too

Each refresh consumes 10 credits per slide, including unchanged slides, the [company says](https://www.globenewswire.com/news‑release/2026/11/01/3392775/0/en/presentations‑ai‑launches‑white‑label‑ai‑presentation‑generator‑and‑editable‑powerpoint‑api‑for‑saas‑companies‑agencies‑and‑ai‑agents‑at‑0‑10‑per‑slide‑with‑a‑50‑launch‑discount.html). An agency updating one section should plan for the whole deck’s refresh meter, rather than only edited slides. API credits do not carry over between billing periods. It offers approval after generation, selected‑slide review, or holding changes until approval. A scheduled refresh is therefore a separate choice from releasing the updated deck to a client.

Keep an editable client handoff

The company’s [sales page](https://www.presentations.ai/solutions/sales) says exported .pptx files remain editable, so staff can revise pricing, text and slides in PowerPoint before a meeting. That provides a separate handoff from generating a branded file: assign someone to check the content the client will receive. The page describes this workflow; OpenTools has not tested exported files or their compatibility.
