ServiceNow brings retail, CRM and IT workflows to Gemini Enterprise

ServiceNow’s retail, CRM and IT links to Gemini Enterprise are live for mutual customers. Telecom is planned for early 2027; Marketplace plugins are still ahead.

Retail, CRM and IT integrations are generally available to mutual customers

ServiceNow and Google Cloud’s [October 27 announcement](https://investor.servicenow.com/news/news‑details/2026/ServiceNow‑and‑Google‑Cloud‑advance‑agentic‑AI‑for‑industry‑workflows/default.aspx) connects ServiceNow industry workflows to Gemini Enterprise. The rollout has a specific availability split: retail and field‑service, customer relationship management, and IT integrations are generally available to mutual customers now. A telecommunications integration is planned for early 2027. For retail teams, the companies describe reporting and diagnosing equipment or system problems through Gemini Enterprise. An additional ServiceNow Field Service Management integration can alert and dispatch technicians for on‑site repairs. Those are the stated workflows, rather than evidence of how quickly a particular store will resolve an incident. The CRM integrations cover tasks such as updating opportunity notes, managing deals and creating configurations or quotes through natural language. For IT, the announcement names ServiceNow IT Service Management, IT Operations Management and its Configuration Management Database. Example tasks include incident triage, assessing change risks, investigating groups of alerts and tracing configuration dependencies.

Telecommunications follows a different timetable

The telecom integration combines ServiceNow Telecommunications Service Management and Context Engine for Telecommunications with Gemini Enterprise. The proposed workflow includes triaging account, technical and billing inquiries, collecting missing details and routing issues to the appropriate team.

The release says general availability to mutual customers is expected in early 2027. That is a planned window, not a specific launch date. It should not be merged with the available‑now statements for retail, CRM and IT.

Gemini supplies the interface; ServiceNow supplies the workflows

ServiceNow describes Action Fabric connecting its workflows to Gemini Enterprise through Model Context Protocol servers and Agent2Agent connectivity. In the company’s description, that lets Gemini Enterprise serve as the conversational interface while ServiceNow workflows operate behind it.

ServiceNow also says it will publish the connectors as plugins in Google Cloud Marketplace, alongside joint demonstrations and reference architectures. The release presents that publication as a next step; it does not establish that every connector already has a Marketplace listing.

Availability is scoped to mutual customers, with deployment details still to establish

The [announcement](https://investor.servicenow.com/news/news‑details/2026/ServiceNow‑and‑Google‑Cloud‑advance‑agentic‑AI‑for‑industry‑workflows/default.aspx) repeatedly scopes general availability to mutual customers. It does not establish access for every consumer Gemini account, or provide a complete plan, price, permission or setup matrix for each workflow. The companies describe enterprise security, governance and low latency as part of the integration. Those are provider claims, rather than independent test results. A team selecting a workflow still needs to establish its actual entitlement, configuration and permitted actions; the partnership headline alone does not supply those deployment details.
