Its privacy policy says it does not claim ownership of uploaded media or use user files for AI training. Its terms leave responsibility for source and output rights with the user; buying a plan does not license a song, performance or person's voice. Keep a permitted original, obtain the necessary voice permissions for cloning or transformation, and agree storage and deletion requirements before uploading sensitive material. |
