The FAQ advertises a three-day free trial, but Marketplace terms prohibit commercial projects on trial plans. Subscription minutes reset on the billing date without rollover; purchased credits expire after one year unless agreed otherwise in writing. Marketplace terms also restrict organizations exceeding $1 million in annual revenue to a custom subscription when using the service commercially. Space has separate pay-as-you-go pricing: its product page currently lists $2 per 60,000 characters, described as roughly one hour of audio. Its privacy policy describes purpose-based retention; the FAQ's account-deletion processing window of up to 30 days is not an automatic audio-file expiry promise.
