DescriptionClaude Code is powerful, but it starts every session with a blank slate. You explain your project structure, coding conventions, and past decisions over and over. Claude Mem fixes this by giving Claude Code a persistent memory layer. The plugin works as a lightweight MCP server that Claude Code connects to automatically. When you tell Claude something important — a naming convention, an architectural decision, a bug fix rationale — you can save it to memory with a simple command. On the next session, Claude Code loads those memories as context before it starts working. Memories are stored as structured files in your project directory. Each memory has a category (architecture, convention, decision, bugfix, todo) and a relevance scope (project-wide or directory-specific). This structure means Claude Code loads only relevant memories, keeping the context window clean. The plugin ships with automatic memory extraction too. When Claude Code finishes a task, Claude Mem can prompt it to save key learnings. This creates a growing knowledge base that gets smarter over time. After a week of use, Claude Code knows your project's patterns, your team's style, and your past debugging sessions. Installation takes about two minutes. Clone the repo, add it to your Claude Code MCP settings, and restart. No database to set up, no API keys to configure. Everything lives in your project's .claude-mem directory, which you can commit to git for team sharing. Claude Mem is free and open source. It works with any Claude Code setup — free tier, Pro, or Max. The memory format is plain Markdown, so you can read and edit memories directly if you want more control.Quizgecko turns source material such as notes, PDFs, slides and web links into study courses with quizzes, flashcards, notes and audio reviews. It is useful when you already have material to study and want practice questions or another way to revisit it. The service is operated by Version Zero Limited, trading as Quizgecko. Start with a focused source, inspect the generated questions and answers, and compare them with the original before studying or sharing the result. Practice results can help you identify areas to revisit, while mobile access supports review away from a desktop. Generated questions can omit context or contain errors; they do not establish mastery on their own. The current plans are Free, Plus and Ultra. The free tier has limited course creation and one podcast per month. Plus lists 20 AI courses and 30 podcasts per month, with up to 75,000 source tokens and one file per course. Ultra lists unlimited AI courses subject to service terms, 75 podcasts per month, up to 150,000 tokens and five files per course, plus LMS export. In the Canadian-dollar pricing view, Plus is CA$22 per month or CA$132 billed yearly; Ultra is CA$39 per month or CA$372 billed yearly. Paid prices are localized and can differ by region, billing period, platform or promotion. Compare the amount and currency shown in your selected checkout rather than applying a headline promotion to every plan. The plan FAQ says a trial converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before it ends. Compare StudyMonkey for direct question explanations or Khanmigo for guided tutoring and parent or teacher workflows.
