| Description | Clownfish Voice Changer is a free Windows voice-effects application from developer Bogdan Sharkov, whose official site identifies Shark Labs, Sofia. It changes audio at the microphone capture-device level, so applications using that configured input can receive the effect. Current main download packages target Windows 10 and 11. The main app includes pitch and character effects, a sound player, a music player, keyboard controls and VST plugin support.
