|---|---|---|
| Description | Clownfish Voice Changer is a free Windows voice-effects application from developer Bogdan Sharkov, whose official site identifies Shark Labs, Sofia. It changes audio at the microphone capture-device level, so applications using that configured input can receive the effect. Current main download packages target Windows 10 and 11. The main app includes pitch and character effects, a sound player, a music player, keyboard controls and VST plugin support. The base effect list should not be confused with a library of AI-generated voices. Its documented VC Client connection uses a separate external voice-conversion tool; the external software, model setup and permissions are additional considerations. Installation requires administrator rights and choosing the capture device to modify. The official instructions say the default capture device is selected initially, with other devices available through Setup. Choose the installer matching the operating system and the VST variant you need. Enable a voice effect, use Hear microphone to preview it, and test the actual microphone in your call or game before relying on the result. Clownfish's separate Terminal Edition routes an audio input to a chosen output and lists Windows, macOS and Linux downloads. It requires additional software to create a virtual audio device. Those downloads do not mean that the main Windows graphical app has the same interface and setup on Mac or Linux. The official site includes a free software license notice permitting use and redistribution subject to its conditions. That software permission does not automatically license outside plugins, voice models, music or sounds. Use the official download page for the current edition and setup notes. Compare Voicemod for a desktop voice catalog and soundboards with Free and PRO access; Clownfish is an alternative when a Windows device-level effects workflow fits your needs. | Plask Motion turns video into 3D animation through AI motion capture. Import authorized footage, extract motion, apply it to a 3D character, and adjust camera, lighting and rendering. It supports export workflows for tools such as Blender, Maya, Unity and Unreal; check the format and rig requirements of the destination application. The free tier lists a 15-second daily motion-capture allowance and 1 GB of storage. With monthly billing selected, Standard is $40 per month for 10 minutes of motion capture per month and 3 GB of storage. Pro is $140 per month for one hour per month and 10 GB. The annual view instead advertises monthly equivalents of $18 and $50, billed yearly. Those figures are not month-to-month prices. The product lists full-body and hand capture, multi-person workflows, video rendering and FBX, GLB and BVH exports. Test a short clip first: occlusion, camera movement, foot contact and rig compatibility can affect how much cleanup an animation needs. The paid plan cards advertise a seven-day trial; confirm eligibility, renewal billing and cancellation terms before starting it. At our September 12, 2026 review, Plask’s site displayed a notice about an “Error running AI motion capture” issue and said its team was working on a fix. Check the current notice and test your workflow before relying on it for a deadline. Krikey is a related option when an integrated avatar-video editor is more useful than a motion-extraction-first pipeline. |
