Even Realities separates personalization controls from deleting stored records

Its October 30 privacy notice distinguishes AI Memory, Knowledge Base and original conversations.

Separate consent

Even Realities’ [notice, effective October 30](https://support.evenrealities.com/hc/en‑us/articles/16944220979471‑Privacy‑Notice‑for‑AI‑Personalization‑Features), says AI Memory is opt‑in. Knowledge Base requires it but needs separate consent.
  • AI Memory off Stops previous‑session personalization and makes Knowledge Base unavailable.
  • Knowledge Base off Stops its source use; AI Memory may remain active.
  • Delete Knowledge Base Removes its generated data, leaving original Conversate records.

A source and its original

For underlying‑record deletion, the notice points to File and Record Cloud Sync controls. Cloud and AI providers may process data; retention exceptions remain. For a conversation containing a former client’s details, specify whether cleanup means excluding it from later answers or removing the original. Stopping personalization does not delete original records. Original explanatory diagram, not an app interface or deletion test.
