d-Matrix, the Microsoft-supported startup, has just launched the Corsair AI processor, which bypasses the need for traditional GPUs and expensive HBM memory. This groundbreaking processor, boasting 150 TB/s memory bandwidth, processes up to 60,000 tokens per second for Llama3 models. Developed with Digital In-Memory Computation (DIMC) technology, and in collaboration with Micron Technology, Corsair is poised to reshape AI computing infrastructure.
