NASA Takes Urban Air Taxis to New Heights with ADS-B Testing
NASA is pushing the boundaries of urban air mobility by testing the Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast (ADS-B) system to track air taxis in cityscapes. The trials aim to tackle signal loss due to urban obstructions, ensuring consistent air taxi tracking. Previous testing was done at NASA's Glenn Research and Armstrong Flight Centers.
