Frequently Asked Questions

How do I convert a 2D picture to 3D motion?
LeiaPix is now Immersity AI. For a short reel, select up to five images in the Mobile app and choose a motion style. For Web, upload a supported image, select the motion workflow, adjust the depth and motion settings, and review the selected export format and credit cost before downloading.
What formats are supported for 2D to 3D conversion?
Web supports PNG, JPG/JPEG, HEIC and WEBP images. The general FAQ specifies a 20 MB file limit, downscaling above 10 megapixels, and dimensions from 90 to 8,000 pixels per edge. Apple Music Album Motion has separate input requirements. Video inputs use H.264/AVC or H.265/HEVC, with a 2 GB maximum.
Is there a limit to the number of pictures I can convert?
Mobile supports up to five images in one reel. Paid Web use is limited by the plan's monthly credits and the cost of the chosen output. The pricing table advertises unlimited conversions only for its limited, watermarked free outputs; it does not establish unlimited free motion downloads.
Can I customize the 3D motion effect?
Yes. Available controls include motion style, animation length and amount, focus and depth settings. Controls differ between Mobile and Web. Inspect the preview and reduce strong motion when fine edges or reflections become distorted.
How long does it take to convert a picture?
Processing time varies with the file and conversion workflow. Allow time to review the result as well as generate it; no fixed completion time is guaranteed here.
Do I need special hardware to use this feature?
Ordinary MP4 photo motion plays on a standard screen. Stereo images and videos require a compatible viewer, display or headset to show the intended 3D effect. Choose the output for the device on which it will be viewed.
Can I use these 3D animations for commercial purposes?
Paid Web plans advertise commercial use. The free Web plan is labeled non-commercial, and the Mobile terms also limit free access to non-commercial use. Check the selected plan and current terms, and use source material you have permission to convert.
Is there a watermark on the free version?
Mobile uses a minor watermark. The Web pricing table lists free watermarked exports up to 720p, while paid Web plans advertise no watermark. The Web pricing FAQ conflicts with the free-plan table, so confirm which free exports are available in the account.
Does LeiaPix store my pictures?
The privacy policy covers uploaded photographs and account data and allows access, correction and deletion requests. The terms also grant service-use and Web training/research rights. They do not support a blanket promise that images are only stored temporarily or never retained. Review the policy before uploading confidential or client-owned images.
What is the cost of the premium version?
Web monthly plans checked September 14, 2026 are Image US$4.99 for 500 credits, Image Pro US$14.99 for 1,700, Video US$24.99 for 3,300, Video Pro US$49.99 for 7,500 and Video Max US$99.99 for 20,000. Credits expire each month. Output format and resolution determine credit use.
