Fathom vs Plus AI for Google Slides
Side-by-side comparison · Updated October 2026
| Description | Fathom captures meetings as searchable transcripts, summaries and clips. Its free plan includes unlimited recordings and transcriptions with instant call summaries. You can use a meeting bot or try bot-free capture, currently a beta feature for Mac. Premium adds advanced summaries, AI action items and a conversational meeting assistant. Team plans add shared meeting highlights and collaboration; Business adds CRM field sync and deal views. Choose around the capture method, follow-up work and team controls you need. | Plus AI is a native Google Slides add-on and PowerPoint add-in that turns prompts and supported documents into editable presentations, then helps users insert, rewrite, remix, translate, and refine slides in the apps they already use. |
